The rarity of the box has nothing to do with the cards inside.
This card is in every Series 2 box and the original game play before the TCG was introduced.
There is no official tier list, but after opening thousands of boxes the community created one (this one is by SaugyWaffles). The only by VeeFriends confirmed tier is tier 1 (10 cards see below).
Rarities in Series 2 TCG aren't just dependent on if it is a foil card or not, but the yellow core cards have different print runs which puts them into different tiers, with tier 1 being the most short printed and valuable.
The 10 Short Printed Characters (Tier 1)
There are 10 short printed characters, meaning they don't come out often. They are also referred to as Tier 1 cards and significantly more valuable than other core cards.
